For orders heading to the contiguous 48 US states, Via No.9 offers the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard: Flat rate of $9
  Depending on package weight and destination, we ship with USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Surepost

• Expedited: Flat rate of $20
  Priority fulfillment and quickest shipping available

At this time, Via No.9 does not offer international shipping or those heading to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is used for their order. Refunds, store credit, or replacements will not be issued for packages that are lost, returned, or sent to the wrong address.
